His deep expertise in the space allows him to evaluate projects holistically, with a keen understanding of the opportunities and risks that each presents. David’s main focus at Astria is on strategic growth of the organization and oversight of the company’s day-to-day operations.

Through the growth and success of Orion Construction, Josh has become one of the most experienced design-build contractors in the Lower Mainland. He maintains a hands-on understanding of every project that enters Orion’s portfolio and brings deep insight into the unique challenges of delivering light industrial and commercial developments in this region.

Josh applies this experience—and his focus on efficient, thoughtful design—to the projects at Astria Properties. By leveraging proven design-build practices and innovative solutions, Astria delivers high-quality, competitive developments within the local market.

Jack’s versatile skillset, built from a wealth of experience in diverse development project types, and his background in urban and environmental planning enable him to understand complex challenges from multiple perspectives and devise innovative solutions.

At Astria, Jack holds key responsibilities, including evaluating new acquisition opportunities, setting project strategies, and overseeing the development pipeline. He fosters strong partnerships with clients, industry experts, municipal staff, and consultants through his collaborative approach, resulting in successful outcomes.

Michael Chang brings over a decade of experience as a professional accountant and management consultant. He has led finance teams for global organizations exceeding $1B in revenue, driving business planning, transformation and value creation initiatives that delivered measurable EBITDA improvements and operational efficiency. As Astria’s Director of Finance, Michael oversees accounting operations, tax, treasury, corporate finance and business planning. His expertise in financial strategy and operational oversight strengthens Astria’s ability to provide cost certainty, efficiency, and reliable service to every partner on each project.

Luiza brings over 15 years of marketing leadership across the construction, real estate, and hospitality sectors. At Astria, she leads the company’s brand strategy and corporate communications, shaping a strong, consistent identity that enhances visibility and strengthens market presence. Her work ensures that every project is strategically positioned from the outset, supporting brokers, partners, and internal teams with the tools, messaging, and brand alignment needed to drive results. Luiza’s expertise in brand development, multi-channel campaigns, and strategic storytelling helps Astria earn trust, attract the right partners, and bring projects to market with clarity and impact.

Nick plays a key role in identifying and evaluating new opportunities for Astria’s growth. With a background in both acquisitions and financial analysis, he brings a strong combination of market insight and strategic thinking to every project.

At Astria, Nick leads underwriting efforts, conducts in-depth market research, and supports the execution of new acquisitions. His ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights helps Astria move with confidence, ensuring each opportunity is thoroughly vetted and aligned with client and partner goals.

Nick also supports project coordination and marketing efforts, helping bring developments to market smoothly and strategically.

Neil leads Astria’s retail acquisition and development strategy, drawing on nearly two decades of experience across multiple asset classes. His background spans brokerage, development, and private investment, giving him a 360-degree view of the real estate lifecycle.

From sourcing opportunities to managing assets, Neil brings sharp financial insight and practical execution skills that help Astria identify strong sites, unlock value, and deliver results for partners and clients. His ability to assess opportunities through both an investor and developer lens strengthens Astria’s approach to building high-performing, community-focused properties.

Riley brings a strong blend of development expertise and construction insight to Astria’s projects. With a background in real estate economics and urban land policy, his experience spans multifamily and industrial development, municipal approvals, and full-cycle project management.

He has overseen over 1 million square feet of real estate projects with a combined construction value exceeding $1 billion. At Astria, Riley leads feasibility studies, rezoning processes, and provides ongoing construction support. His ability to navigate regulatory environments, assess project viability, and manage execution ensures Astria delivers results that are both strategic and impactful for partners and stakeholders.

Yuli supports Astria’s development team with a disciplined work ethic and a strong foundation in real estate feasibility and planning. A graduate of BCIT’s Professional Real Estate program, she brings experience in brokerage, investor relations, and marketing.

Her leadership roles in industry associations reflect a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Recognized nationally for her financial analysis, Yuli contributes structure and insight to early-stage coordination, helping Astria deliver thoughtful, well-executed developments.
